1:1 COACHING

In 1:1 sessions, I utilize the Empowered Wellbeing Framework to guide our sessions so that you get the most from our time together. This framework supports a personalized approach where I work directly with you to set goals that facilitate deep, meaningful changes. This is an individualized journey tailored to meet your unique lifestyle goals.

Through collaborative engagement and carefully curated activities and resources, I help you identify what you really want, and dig deeper into limiting beliefs or narratives that have held you back from following through in the past. As you gain self-awareness and learn to trust your intuition, I expertly assist you in creating motivating and attainable action steps that help you to achieve your goals, whether the goal is claiming more work-life balance or embracing a healthier version of yourself. As a recipient of 1:1 coaching, you will not only come away from the coaching experience with new habits, but with a new way of seeing yourself and the world. It’s truly transformational.

As a new client, the minimum coaching commitment is either a one month (4 sessions) or a 3 month (10 sessions) commitment. Most clients then renew for an additional coaching commitment, a modified coaching commitment, or drop in coaching, if appropriate. All sessions are virtual.



group coaching

This is a collaborative process where I meet weekly with a small group of individuals with similar lifestyle goals. I guide participants through a series of sessions that focus on self-development in the clients’ area of need, assist with troubleshooting obstacles and facilitate setting attainable goals. This coaching model allows participants to benefit from a supportive community and learn from each other. All sessions are virtual and length of the coaching commitment varies.




corporate wellness events

Help your employees improve their mental, physical and emotional health so that they can thrive inside and outside of the workplace! I lead workshops on creating meaningful habits, empowered stress management, cultivating resilience, nutrition made simple, and much more. These workshops are fun, interactive and empowering! Companies with Employee Assistance Programs can also contract with me to offer coaching to specific employees, if appropriate.  Workshops can be held in person in the Austin area or virtually.
